• Small House – $850 A single storey dwelling up to 20 squares in size (185m²). This is only for homes without a staircase.
• Medium House – $950 A single storey dwelling between 20 – 30 squares in size (185m²-275m²) Or, a two storey dwelling with a total floor area of not more than 20 squares (185m²)
• Large House – $1099 A single storey dwelling between 30 – 40 squares in size (275m² – 370m²) Or, a multi-storey dwelling with a total floor area of not more than 30 squares (275m²)
• Extra Large House – $1,250 A single storey dwelling of more than 40 squares (370m²) Or, a multi-storey dwelling of more than 30 squares (275m²)
